Due to the product upgrades, the types and purposes of permission application and use may be changed. We will adjust the list according to the changes in a timely manner to ensure you are well informed of the application and use of APP permission in time;
Application and usage of App permission:
Permission: android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Function: Read external storage. Allows App to read photos, videos, files, etc. in the storage.
Usage or purpose: It’s mainly used to help you publish information, record crash log information in local storage (if any) and other functions;
Consequences if refused: SmartMike needs to access your album to edit the video, otherwise the video may not be produced.

Usage or purpose: It’s used to record video to help you release the audio and video.
Consequences if refused: Video cannot be recorded.
Permission: android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO
Function: Allow APP to record audio
Usage or purpose: It’s used to record audio.
Consequences if refused: SmartMike needs to record audio as creation assistance. Otherwise, audio may not be recorded.
Permission: android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE
Function: Allow the APP to read the phone status, acquire IMEI, read the call status and identification code of the device, identify the phone ID, ensure the free streaming service of the service provider.
Usage or purpose: It’s used for some main functions such as information display, account login, security protection, etc.
Consequences if refused: Some main functions such as information display, account login, security protection, etc. may not be applicable.
Permission: android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Function: Write to external storage.
Usage or purpose: Allow App to write/save/modify/delete files, crash logs and other information.
Consequences if refused: SmartMike needs to save your works in local storage, otherwise you may not be able to create or your works may be lost.
4. In order to improve the user experience, we will collect the text information you input in the "Subtitles Recognition" for data analysis, and optimize the text recognition in a targeted manner. We promise that all the text information we collect will not be used to recognize your personal identification.
